5 fast and easy ways to lose weight

Start by exercising every morning before breakfast, if you are in a rush try running up and down the stairs a few times, if you are not in a rush, go for a long walk or a run if you are feeling particularly adventurous. By doing this before you eat anything you will burn fat more quickly and begin to lose weight.
Stop drinking alcohol. I realise that for many people the mere thought of missing out on a couple of glasses of wine in the evening just doesn't bear thinking about but if you are serious about losing weight you are just going to have to bite the bullet, you will be glad you did.
Another one of the 5 fast and easy ways to lose weight is to start drinking more water and make sure you drink two litres per day. As well as being extremely good for you it will also help to cut back on those pangs of hunger that can be Oh so easy to give in to.
Cut down on the bread. If you feel like a sandwich try a few crackers instead or even better fill yourself up with some lovely fruit. I admit the thought of eating fruit instead of a sandwich doesn't exactly fill you with joy but it is only a matter of your body getting used to it and you just watch that weight drop off.
The last of the 5 fast and easy ways to lose weight would be to simply put a picture of yourself on the fridge door. That should do the trick when you feel like a midnight snack.
