Holchem Laboratories Ltd is proud to announce the launch of their new washdown, hygiene and cleaning equipment supplies online web shop www.holchemwhce.co.uk. Following on from the success of their equipment brochure they have now moved on to the next step of promoting their products via the World Wide Web. All washdown, hygiene and cleaning equipment products listed within their brochure can now be purchased online, paying either by credit card or by account. Holchem Laboratories Ltd will also be running a monthly special offer so customers can purchase their key items at even better prices.

Now in their 26th year, the company was started in 1982 to supply detergents and disinfectants primarily to the brewing and food processing industry and remains a family owned business. The company up until 1993 was based in Ramsbottom Lancashire.
A new facility at Haslingden was purchased and the move allowed the continued expansion of the company. This expansion included the formation, in 1990, of Food Hygiene Systems - a specialist sister company to Holchem Laboratories Ltd concentrating purely on the Catering & Hospitality supply market. The site was again expanded in 1999 creating a new finished goods warehouse together with a modern, large development laboratory and office facilities.
Further expansion within the company and the drive by their customers to consolidate their supplier base led to the merging of Food Hygiene Systems with Holchem Laboratories Ltd to form the Catering Sector. This allows their customers the luxury of being able to order almost every conceivable hygiene consumable and chemical for a modern food processing plant from one source. Truly a "One Stop Shop".
